Please click on the documents below to access. Each student needs a participant guide for each class they are enrolled in, as well as a single "student info / academic integrity form". The course prep checklist is the same for each class - it is imperative that the student and employer review the checklist prior to the course to ensure the student has the required supplies and technology for the course.
