As trainers and educators, our mission is to provide each student with the skills and knowledge to safely and competently do their job. At APEX Safety and Compliance, we blend the experience gained in the response and training fields into a customer focused learning environment.
Our Story
APEX Safety and Compliance brings over 50 years of response and training experience to bear as we partner with you in finding the best solution to your training needs. As the principles at APEX, Aaron Droessler and Rick James have extensive experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training for organizations big and small. Both are municipal fire officers and are members of their department’s hazardous materials response and special operations teams. Aaron and Rick have had the opportunity to serve on various department and process improvement teams, as well as state-level and NFPA Committees.
The principles at APEX Safety have vast experience in emergency response at the local, state, and national levels and have led state Urban Search & Rescue and Hazardous Materials Response teams. Over the past decade they developed the training strategy and educational products for a nationally accredited training facility in Wisconsin. This experience has prepared APEX to deliver quality training products in person and online through our learning management system.
