15 Hour CBRF Continuing Education

This series of courses satisfy the annual 15 hour continuing education requirement mandated for CBRF employees by DHS 83.25.  Our continuing education package contains not only the minimum required content, but also subject matter related to patient handling, safe lifting, PPE & respiratory protection, HIPAA compliance, and HAZCOM.  This expanded package of subject matter encompasses a broader topic range, making your employee a safer, more well-rounded employee.  The complete topic list:

• Bloodborne Pathogens for Healthcare – 45 min
• HAZCOM for Healthcare – 45 min
• HIPAA Rules and Compliance – 45 min
• Personal Protective Equipment – 1 hour 30 min
• Respiratory Protection – 45 min
• Tuberculosis in Healthcare – 45 min
• Using Fire Extinguishers – 1 hour
• First Aid – 1 hour
• Resident Rights – 30 min
• Client Groups – Challenging Behaviors – 30 min
• Preventing Abuse and Neglect – 30 min
• Medication Administration – 30 min
