Rope Rescue – Operations
This 32-hour course is designed to train the student in the skills required for safe operations during rope rescues and is a prerequisite for all other technical rescue training. Skills for this program of instruction are drawn out of the requirements found in in the most current editions of NFPA 1006 and NFPA 1670. Students will receive instruction on the fundamentals of rope rescue in both classroom and practical settings, including scenario-based instruction.
